Booking Policies
Your privacy is important to us at Untitled. We respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website.
Customers can modify their bookings (e.g., change dates, services, or guest information) up to 30 days. days before the scheduled service. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Traveler:
If you cancel your tour more than 24 hours before departure, you can do so without incurring a cancellation fee, subject to the supplier's terms and conditions. However, if you cancel a tour that was booked 7 days prior to the departure date, cancellation fees will apply as outlined at the time of booking. The closer the cancellation is to the departure date, the higher the cancellation fee.
Cancellation by TravelAI:
TravelAI reserves the right to cancel a tour for any reason. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative tour. Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made between 3 to 1 days before the service will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking cost. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the service
No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to show up for a booked service, no refund will be provided. TravelAI reserves the right to release the reservation without any compensation.
Group Booking Policy
Group bookings may require a deposit of full payment at the time of booking. Group bookings may have different cancellation and modification policies. If the minimum group size is not met, the total charge must be paid by the available group, or TravelAI reserves the right to cancel the tour. If a group exceeds the maximum number of participants, TravelAI will not be responsible for the additional members; this will be subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Customers should request these services at the time of booking or contact the service provider directly.
Special Requests
Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room preferences) must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed
Voucher/Discount Code Policy
Vouchers or discount codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one voucher or discount code may be used per booking
Age Restrictions
Bookings for certain activities or accommodations may have age restrictions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they meet the minimum age requirements
Payment Policies
Payment Methods
TravelAI accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms which mentioned in TravelAi website. Payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking
Deposit Requirements and Payment Deadlines
A non-refundable deposit of full payment of the booking cost is required to secure a reservation. Failure to make payment by the deadline of booking may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after a cancellation request is approved. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, and any applicable processing fees will be deducted
Price Guarantee
The price quoted at the time of booking is guaranteed and will not change unless you modify your booking. Any additional services requested after the initial booking may incur additional charges
Taxes and Fees
All quoted prices include applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by local authorities (e.g., tourism taxes)
Currency Exchange
If payments are made in a currency different from your home currency, the exchange rate at the time of payment will apply. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a payment dispute, customers should contact TravelAI’s customer support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Any unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with local laws
Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with TravelAI to resolve an issue may result in the cancellation of the booking and banning future bookings. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to address any payment-related concerns
Installment Payments
For bookings over a certain amount, TravelAI may offer installment payment plans. The terms and conditions of the installment plan will be provided at the time of booking
Payment Security
TravelAI uses secure payment gateways to process all transactions. We do not store your payment information on our servers. Any breaches of payment security will be investigated promptly
Pre-Authorization
For some bookings, a pre-authorization hold may be placed on your credit card for the estimated amount of the service. This hold will be released after the final payment is processed
Additional Considerations
Third-Party Payments
If a third party is paying for your booking, they must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. The customer making the booking is responsible for ensuring that the payment is made in full and on time
Travel Insurance
Customers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or other issues that may arise during their trip
Service Provider Policies
Individual service providers may have additional booking and payment policies that will be communicated at the time of booking. Customers must review and agree to these policies before confirming their reservation
